Miguel has always been polite, attentive, professional, and patient when we ask a ton of questions. He came out to check the equipment and get it ready for summer use. He found a defective part on the equipment, which he quickly ordered under warranty. Since I was not present at the time of the service call, he called me to update me regarding the issue and to let me know he ordered the part.

After 25 years for the unit and nearly 50 for the ducting, I finally got a new twin pack and all new ducting throughout the house, plus a nifty new thermostat, new registers with better airflow, and all done as professionally as possible. Chris and Ruben could not have been nicer, and the work is top notch. Would recommend West Country for any HVAC work.
