After 25 years for the unit and nearly 50 for the ducting, I finally got a new twin pack and all new ducting throughout the house, plus a nifty new thermostat, new registers with better airflow, and all done as professionally as possible. Chris and Ruben could not have been nicer, and the work is top notch. Would recommend West Country for any HVAC work.

I only leave reviews when the service is either really bad or really good. In this case, 10/10! As a young female, I've had people attempt to take advantage, not here. I got a brand new system with ducts. From the start, communication was thorough. The price was highly competitive. The quality of the AC is better than I had before. Derek and Ivan were such gems. Extremely helpful, patient, and polite. The job was completed within the time frame promised, 2 days. They cleaned up afterwards. No complaints. Great job, fellas!
